Andrew Ogorzaly

Andy Ogorzaly ("Andy O") is an award winning Realtor® and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), who has helped make hundreds of clients dreams a reality since 2010. As a Chicagoland native, Andy sells properties in all Chicago neighborhoods and the surrounding suburbs. Specializing in buyer & seller representation, investment properties, and luxury transactions, his multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to his clients. Andy earned a BA in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign that provided the solid background on which his career has been built. Andy has had the honor of being recognized by EXIT Realty Corp. International for his production and was asked to speak for a company wide webinar in 2017. He was also asked to speak on an alumni panel about his career in real estate in March 2018 for his college fraternity, Zeta Psi. Andy currently serves on the Wicker Park Bucktown Planning, Zoning, Development, & Hospitality Committee, he was the President of his 303 unit condo association in the Gold Coast from 2020-2022, and he has served as an advisory board member for the Chicago Young Professionals Network (YPN) for Realtors® from 2014-2016. Andy is an LGBTQ+ friendly Realtor and is a member of the National Association of Gay & Lesbian Real Estate Professionals (NAGLREP) & the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. Andy gives back to the community by donating to Habitat for Humanity. 

Andy currently resides in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood, but he has also lived in West Town, Wicker Park, and the Gold Coast. He enjoys going to the local farmers market, running and biking on the lakefront, and taking his recue dog to the local dog beach. Andy also considers himself a Chicago history and architecture buff and loves reading on up on anything Chicago related.
