As a Certified Pricing Advisor I know how to best price your home to get it sold quickly & for top dollar so you don't leave money on the table! When you're ready to move from your current home I can help make your home appeal to an even bigger audience than it already does. Buyers can have a hard time seeing themselves in your home, so making it appeal to the masses is key.  Things like staging or painting, making repairs or minor improvements, can be the difference between a home sitting on the market and one that sells right away. I'll be working hard advertising, negotiating the sale, dealing with inspectors, handling all the paperwork and getting you to closing!

I spent 15 years doing property management, overseeing 344 units and then decided to expand my horizons, beginning my career as a REALTOR® in 2015.  In 2020 I received my first Bronze Designation Award for production! In 2022 & 2023 I was Voted Five Star Real Estate Professional for client satisfaction by Milwaukee Magazine and in 2022 I started my own LLC, Home Team Real Estate Group & Property Managment bringing back my love of property management on a different level, helping condo owners and owners of duplexes and multi-family units manage their properties and take away the stresses that can go along with it! 

I recently received my CREN (certified real estate negotiator) designation arming me with additional tools needed to negotiate on behalf of my buyers and sellers. 

I have lived in many various places in Wisconsin, Waukesha, Muskego, Milwaukee, also lived in Madison for a few years. We moved to Wauwatosa in about 2008 and haven't left since, this is our forever home!

 I am happily married 20+ years to an amazing man, have 2 children, one attending school at Wauwatosa East High School and the other in college at UW Milwaukee. I also have 2 amazing step-children, 1 grandchild whom I love to death, 3 dogs and a partridge in a pear-tree LOL - they keep me moving! 

The exceptional experience that I provide to my clients reflects my experiences throughout life.  If I could move Heaven and Earth to make it possible I will do my best trying.
