Garrett Dagenais

I was born in Oakville and moved to Cornwall at a young age. Coming from the GTA it was evident the value of Cornwall real estate. The location, the quality of life it offers, and how well valued the market was in consideration.

Growing up watching my parents flip their houses I became aware early about the power of real estate. I have experience in many areas of this field from house construction, property management, and a growing investment portfolio, and I am bringing this knowledge to guide each of my clients in my career as a Realtor®.  Being a part of EXIT Realty Seaway with experience surpassing 34 years serving Cornwall and surrounding areas gives me the ability to provide my clients with in-depth market knowledge and confidence. I graduated from the business program at St. Lawrence College in Cornwall as well as continuing education from SAIT, Humber and McGill. I am a firm believer of consistent self education, positive mindset and strong work ethic. I am always finding new ways to educate myself to provide my clients the best service possible. 

 

Over the years I have had the opportunity to volunteer in the community from helping at local events to coaching youth martial arts. My free time is typically spent with my family, running a podcast speaking with sports franchise founders, UFC fighters, investors, or just expanding my knowledge learning more about real estate.
