GRI - Graduate REALTOR® Institute.

This designation may only be earned after successfully completing a rigorous 92 hour curriculum, comprised of live course instruction from a statewide faculty selected because of extensive experience in their own areas of expertise.  This designation is available only to members of the local, state and National Association of REALTORS®. GRI is recognized nationwide as the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge. Only 5% of real estate practitioners obtain this designation.

AHWD - At Home with Diversity

At Home With Diversity (AHWD) is the premier NAR certification for understanding and working with cultural differences in a multi-cultural business environment.

e-PRO

The e-PRO® certification program teaches members how to effectively use master web based estate technology to leverage maximum exposure.

Short Sale Specialist

Completion of "Short Sale Solutions", a rigorous course to prepare agents for handling the ins and outs of short sales, and practical experience over the years, handling many short sales of all different loan types.

Full Service Real Estate
