My name is Shellianne and I was born in the beautiful state of Maine. I absolutely loved Maine. It was so beautiful and tranquil, especially our deep blue oceans and serene landscaping. However; the winters were very icy, snowy, and a bit frosty. My husband and I were not fond of the long winters, so we decided to head South. They say Florida is where the sun is always shining so it seemed like a great place to settle and make new exciting memories with our 3 children. It wasnt easy leaving my family and personally owned Preschool/Daycare. The preschool I had built of 13 years was full of families that I considered to be extended family. There were so many beautiful memories I had the privilege to experience while fulfilling one of my dreams.  We have been residents here in Florida since 2001. I love living in my community and giving back where I am able. I have done volunteer work with my childrens schools and my Church over the recent years. My husband and I have continued a preowned vehicle dealership here in Melbourne, Florida. I love working with my husband and sales however; I felt the desire to venture out into a different area of sales that would be just as rewarding. I absolutely love working with people and my passion is being a part of making people happy. The feeling I get when I can be a part of a persons life when they make that one special purchase they have sacrificed and worked so diligently for, is amazing and rewarding. Therefore, my attention to every detail in everything I do is who I am from start to finish. I have had the desire to work in Real Estate since I do love interacting with people and Real Estate transactions involve a purchase that has been a dream of ones world. Making this purchase possible by being personally involved from start to finish is always my number one goal, following is a happy and satisfied customer.
