Tyler Weinrich

Tyler has been an Oklahoma resident since 1996. He
grew up in Mustang and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Zoology and
Biomedical sciences in 2007 from the University of Oklahoma. Tyler enjoys
playing/watching tennis but not more than basketball. His love for the state
went overboard when the OKC Thunder arrived and wouldnt ever dream of living
anywhere else.

Tylers passion for real estate started in an unusual place. He worked for a
software company selling marketing platforms to real estate agents for 3 years.
Little did he know that over that time, he was developing an itch for real
estate. Looking at homes in his spare time. Helping agents figure out how to
market and run their businesses. Soaking up the industry news. This was only
the beginning.

Things got serious in early 2014 when his wife, Domini, suggested they invest
in real estate to supplement their retirement. With no clue how to begin, they
started doing research. After reading 5 books, a few weeks of studying, and
looking at 20-30 homes, they purchased an investment property in the summer of
2014. This is where he got hooked.
