Hi there,
My name is Dana Miller. I relocated to the Birmingham area in 2019 and chose to make Irondale my home for both my business and family. I felt easily at home here as it reminded me of my hometown, where I grew up in Louisiana. I am proud to serve the community of Irondale and the surrounding Birmingham areas, assisting buyers, sellers and investors with their real estate needs. Licensed since 2014, my passion for real estate grew through the love of rehabbing residential properties. Since that time, I have become a Licensed Broker in Alabama and Florida, earned my GRI and MRP certifications and opened two offices: EXIT Realty Lifestyles and Lotus Lending Group, a residential mortgage brokerage. These past experiences have helped me further my real estate career, so that I can offer the best possible knowledge and service to my customers and clients. When I am not head first into Real Estate, you can find me at a few places, such as the nearby beaches, tennis courts or volunteering at a local animal shelter.
