Bill is a residential and rural property specialist, putting over 20 years of experience in real estate sales to work for you. A West Texas native, he brings extensive knowledge of people and marketing to the Exit Realty organization. I am a full time Real Estate Agent with CRS, ABR & GRI designations.Certified Graduate of Lincoln School of Appraisal. Some of my acomplishments are International President's Circle award recipient, Top Listing Agent in Floyd Wickman's Training Course. His commitment, dedication and giving of himself is a way of life for Bill. He has been married to his wife Sandra for over 45 years and they have been blessed with two lovely daughters - who in turn have blessed them with two great sons-in-laws and three absolutely perfect grandchildren.
