Emmylou Gutierrez

Hello, my name is Emmylou Gutierrez, and I’m proud to be a REALTOR® with EXIT Realty in my hometown of Laredo, TX. Born and raised here, I know firsthand the value of community and what makes Laredo such a special place to call home.

After graduating from St. Augustine High School in 2010, I pursued a career in nursing and eventually became Director of Nursing for 16 pediatric clinics in the San Antonio and Austin area. While I found my work deeply rewarding, I chose to step away to embrace my greatest role—becoming a wife and mother.

My passion for real estate began through my husband, who is a contractor, and quickly grew into a calling. I was inspired by the dedication and enthusiasm of the agents I’ve met at EXIT Realty, and I’m excited to bring that same passion to helping others.
