Josephine Livingstone

I started my sales habit at the age of 10, selling ice pops my mom made, on the streets of Manila. I followed a career path in journalism, and worked as a news reporter at the biggest broadcasting network in the Philippines. The communication skills I have developed from my journalism career has helped me establish a successful business relationship with my clients.

I have worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors, in both the residential and commercial market. I owned and operated a cafe for two years, and I currently manage our own income properties.  With my business experience, I am able to help investors and immigrants start their own businesses in the greater Fredericton area.

I moved to Canada in 2005 to join my husband who is a member of the Canadian armed forces. We live in Fredericton. I am a member of a local Christian church and I love to encourage young people and the not so young ones in their walk with God.  I start the day early in prayer and meditation.
