Max Hector

Hello Lubbock, Texas and the surrounding South Plains area.  My name is Max Hector and yes, I am a Full Time Realtor serving all the South Plains area of Texas with a focus on the Lubbock, Wolfforth, and Slaton residential, commercial, and property management markets.

Exit of Lubbock has consistently had the “lowest days on market” of All the “top ten” real estate companies in Lubbock, TX.  We continually lead the Exit North Texas region in sales, transactions, and listings. Now a little about Max Hector.  I am a South Plains kind of person considering I grew up and worked in Lubbock, Woodrow, and Wolfforth, TX.  Most of my career in the high voltage utility power industry.  I am a graduate of South Plains College and currently attend Wayland Baptist University.  I have always wanted to buy, sell, and trade in real estate, and God opened the door for me to become a part of the Exit of Lubbock team unlocking my field of dreams in properties.
