Hello, my name is Vicky Spellings. Specializing in serving Coffee County, but also reaching out to most all of the Middle TN area, is where I direct my attention of listing and selling real estate. After moving to Manchester, TN in 1994, I began selling neighborhood homes to First Time Homebuyers with a small independent company. During my 14 years of working in this office, I grew my expertise in selling graduating to Retirees, Relocation Families, and those looking to purchase Farms. My experience expanded into the area of New Home Construction with a company in the Nashville, TN area.

Who is Vicky Spellings?
