Jessica Cone

My name is Jessica Cone, I specialize in assisting home buyers and sellers throughout the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding counties with an emphasis on Salt Lake City, Holladay, Sandy, Draper, Cottonwood Heights, South Jordan, West Jordan, Kearns and Herriman. Being a Utah native- I love working in our Mountain and Ski communities surrounding Park City and Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. For military Transfers to Hill Air Force Base or Camp Williams- I am here for you.

I purchased my first home at the ripe old age of 18. I remember the process being overwhelming and daunting. So when I began my Real Estate Career in 2011- my primary focus was on assisting 1st Time Home Buyers. I felt they needed the most help with navigating the often confusing process. Since then I have expanded into all aspects of Real Estate. From working with Investors to helping individuals find the perfect Luxury or vacation home. Though I do still love guiding 1st Time Home buyers. My awards with EXIT Realty Utah include:

I truly enjoy what I do and I hope that passion shows through to my clients. Aside from Real Estate- I am passionate about Traveling, Rock Climbing, Hiking, Reading, Writing, Sculpting, and spending time with my Beautiful Family and Special Needs Dogs. Since I spent many years in the Veterinary Industry, animals will always have a special place in my heart.

When I have spare time, I enjoy volunteering. I have Emceed for Big Brothers Big Sisters, made lunch for the kids at Burn Camp Nah Nah Mah, and you can always find me at the local Race for the Cure. I go to show my support for all my family and friends that have battled Breast Cancer and to support my Fellow Previvors.
