Sandra Sauceda

I first entered the Real Estate Field in 1990 through the Mortgage Lending side.  I covered all areas from Loan Processor to Loan Officer.  This was very beneficial and it allowed me to gain the knowledge and experience I now share with my buyers, sellers and investors.  My desire and love for the Real Estate Field, led me to becoming a Realtor.  My passion for people, combined with my lending knowledge is unique. 

I am a professional, that prides myself on experience & knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including Mortgage, insurance and inspection information. I am a Spirit Driven Realtor dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional service. I am a Lubbock native, born and raised.  I have been happily married since 1989 to my wonderful husband, Ricardo.  He owns his own business, "Refinishing by Ric" ; refinishing all types of furniture, kitchen cabinets, and repair.  I have three wonderful children, daughter in love, son in love and five grandchildren.  I am a member of Faith Christian Family Church. I do believe in giving back to our community and society.  I support our local Habitat for Humanity and local United Way.  I have volunteered as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for abused & neglected children in the foster care system and currently Partner with Compassion International sponsoring a child in India, as well as volunteering at our local Lubbock Detention Center, ministering to women in the correctional system. I also serve on our Lubbock Associations of REALTOR® Finance Committee, Step Up for Children Committee and REALTOR® Luncheon Committee.  I am a Graduate of REALTOR® Institute and the Texas REALTOR® Leadership Program.
